Import Word Document

HTML Cleaner for Word has embedded Word HTML Converter, which can convert lots of Word Documents into webpages easily.

In the "File" menu, select "Import Word Document", then the converter will appear. Set the folder contains your Word documents and the output folder for webpages, then click "Convert" button, all Word documents will be converted into HTML webpages automatically.

This conversion function need MS Word installed on your PC, it invoke Word to do the conversion in background, so the result is the same as MS Word does - keeping the exact appearance mostly but with too many nasty garbage.

After conversion completed, all generated webpages will be listed in the cleaner, then you can clean them up as general cleaning work.

The conversion result differs with diffrent MS Word version. With Word 2000, the result is unfiltered HTML, and with newer version Word, the result is filtered HTML without MS Office specific tags.
