Effect and Result
After testing on hundreds of Word generated HTML files, here's the data
- Most files' size can be reduced from 30% - 50% (that means 50% - 70% remains) while 90%+ appearance remains.
- Most files' appearance can be preserved 100% in Light scheme, and 90%+ in Medium scheme.
- Unfiltered HTML file size will be reduced more notably(40%-70%), because it contains much more garbage.
- Extreme scheme can reduce file size mostly (50-70%), but appearance was also lost considerably(30%-60%).
Altogether, the effect depends on different HTML file and different scheme.
